By downloading, installing, or using Quizzy – 2 Players Quiz Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including premium features or upgrades such as the removal of advertisements. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to the store's terms and conditions.

• Refund requests should be submitted through the relevant app store
• Purchases may be linked to your app store account and may not be transferable

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. These advertisements may be personalized depending on your settings, consent, region, and applicable laws.

Third-party advertising services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Where available, purchasing a premium version of the App may remove advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the App, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, questions, sounds, animations, interface design, trademarks, software, and source code, are owned by Playora Games or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. User-Generated Content

Certain features of the App may allow you to choose a username or display name that can be visible to other users.

By submitting a username or display name, you grant Playora Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the username or other content you submit and must ensure that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Playora Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.
